yes I think this is the real secret, the key to learning a new language lies in exposing your mind to it as much as possible hence listening and reading, the mp3 player is an excellent tool, you can always listen in between so your brain gets used to the sound of the new language, easy readers are also very good. I like language tools which I can put in my pocket and use when I`m out and about, in this way I can get my 2 or 3 hour daily training together without any big effort and it`s spread out better over the day also the brain can assimilate the language much better if it is confronded with it every hour or two even if it`s only for 5 minutes.

These videos are very long on what teachers should not do, but short on practical tips on what to do.
